Don Dixon Research Partnership Award

The California Educational Research Association (CERA) sponsors an award for support of research studies in education. The purpose of the grant is to provide additional support for studies that may focus on, but are not limited to, instructional improvement, classroom assessment, educational measurement or program evaluation in California school districts or universities.  Projects that specifically address readiness for pre-k, elementary, secondary, higher education, or careers are particularly encouraged with a specific emphasis on a focus across multiple ages.

The CERA Board has authorized up to $5,000 annually for the Research Grant Award program. One Research Grant will be awarded annually.

The CERA Research Grant Award is only available to current members of CERA, will be awarded to researchers associated with higher education institutions or school districts, and can only be used for research on schools and students within California schools or universities.

Congratulations to our 2019 Research Grant Award Recipient, Dr. Vajra Watson!

Thank you to our CERA2022 Sponsors
